Dutch Customs: Exporter must be an EU company procedure delayed

Dutch Customs announced earlier this week that this decision will be postponed until January 1st 2021. They are using the extensions to further research the implications of the new procedure on the non-fiscal legislature and to compare how other EU member states handle non-EU exporters.
